RETURN/EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- Refunds are applicable only in the case of any manufacturing defect at the discretion of the brand. Cash or Credit/Debit card refunds can be done within 15 working days and the amount will be credited back to your account.
- We will only accept merchandise that is returned with proof of the purchase receipt in the original packaging, is unused, unwashed and undamaged with all tags still intact. Otherwise, we may not accept the return and send it back to the customer.
- We will not be able to cancel orders once they are collected by our delivery partners. If so, the order can be canceled only after receipt of delivery by the customer. For all accepted cancellations, we will refund your money within 15 working days.
